牛ハチノスを使ったスープ。コリコリした食感が美味しい逸品です。ソトアヤム（チキンスープ）と同じ自家製ブンブ（素）で作ります。見た目は黄色いですが食べるとあっさりさっぱりしています。お店ではさらに春雨を加えて出しています。おすすめですよ。

Soup using beef tripe. It has a delicious crunchy texture. It is made with the same homemade spice (soup base) as Soto Ayam (chicken soup). It looks yellow, but it's refreshing when eaten. We also added vermicelli. We really recommend it especially during rainy day, perfect to warm up your body.

In 2009, it was selected as a Grand Prix from products nationwide in the "Order Grand Prix / A lot of ingredients soup category".
